Hard Drive Repair

What is it?

Computer and Hard Drive repair is the process of repairing your IT tools if possible, and doing our best to recover one of your most important assets: your data.

We offer this service for both organizations and individuals, for PCs, Macs, LINUX Servers, RAID drives, and more.

We recognize that you data is extremely important to you. We give you our commitment to provide the best possible service and communication throughout the time we have your drive, until we return all hardware to you.

Computers and hard drives can have problems in either their hardware or software. If they are having software issues, Trigger engineers will use different tools and software packages to try to make corrections in the drive or at least recover the data.

If hardware is the reason for the problem, the hard drive will be opened up, placed into other machinery that can read to data on the disk. The data will then be moved to another drive that you can keep, and returned to you with your original, damaged hard drive.

How we do it...

After we take the drive from you, we will give you at the very least 1 update per 5 business days. We will also give you any news as it happens, so that you always know the exact status of your drive and the recovery of your data.

We require at least 10 business days to return you data to you. There is a possibility that we will not be able to retrieve your data for you. It is also very likely that we will not be able to fix your hard drive, even if we can recover your data for you.

When you give us your drive, we will give you this paper (signed by both you and Trigger Networks) as proof that the drive was handed to us. At that time, we will also require a down payment of 500RMB. This payment is non-refundable and covers the costs required for us to check your drive and see if we can recover your data or not.

If we cannot recover your data for you, we will return your drive to you. If we can recover your data and/or fix your drive, we will require the total payment at that time.
