The Challenge: A Chinese firm in Qingdao needed a better way to order and track items for their partners, as well as a better way to manage the complex business relationships that exist both within China and internationally for clients and partners.

Trigger used NetSuite Mid-market Edition, and our client gained partner trust almost immediately. Service levels, management and client reporting that made sense (in real time) and standardized processes were key quick wins.

The Challenge: An International organization, facing rapid growth and a widely dispersed management team covering operations in the United States, Europe and China had to find a way to track production in Beijing more accurately, implementing BOM functions, Quality Control processes and transparency in shipments and fulfillment processes.

Trigger used NetSuite to automate once tedious, time consuming processes of order fulfillment and shipment, as well as implemented long-needed, standardized financial reporting that finally brought in the “numbers” from Chinese production under one unified, corporate system that updated dynamically, minimizing human error and streamlining once time-consuming, tedious processes prone with human error.

The Challenge: A very large American producer of consumer goods had outgrown their less expensive, server-based Customer Service system. Damaged goods were often delayed in being repaired and sent back to clients because system processes were taking too long to complete, and communication with the client was driven by manual processes that often were forgotten or done late.

Trigger used NetSuite to set up a customized customer service package using the standard Customer Service tools from NetSuite and a large amount of SuiteScripting to provide a repair/return sub-system within NetSuite that the client was using with little training in no time.  Internal alerts and emails were automated and client communications improved dramatically – as did customer satisfaction.

The Challenge: An Australian retailer of high-end B2B materials needed a professional-looking, tightly integrated Webstore for their NetSuite system, with a highly customized shopping cart.

Trigger used NetSuite Advanced Website Builder in coordination with other web publishing technologies to provide the client with an attractive, easy-to-use webstore that featured shopping cart functionality that NetSuite and many other experts thought to be impossible.

Through Trigger’s services, the client can dynamically calculate shipping rates based on matrix factors such as item weight, product special and destination zip code, as well as update inventory and process orders in real time, share relevant data to visiting users, easily maintain and update information, use email for communication with customers when appropriate and much more
