China Human Resource Management Innovation Forum 2011

China Human Resource Management Innovation Forum 2011 hosted by Kingdee held in Beijing International Hotel recently. This forum’s main topic is “Transformation: a new way beyond the decade”. How to set-up new human resource management mode and how to achieve this aim through informationization are fully discussed during this forum.

Xiangquan Zeng, the Dean of the School of Labor and Personnel, Renmin University of China, analyzed the new opportunities and challenges faced by HR management of China in his speech topic “human resources to create new advantages: double high drive, mechanism innovation". China is during the high speed development era, and we are over using our limited energy. This industry trend and economic restructuring decide China must be transfer to “Mind-in-China” from “Made-in-China” to develop Low-carbon economy. Hence, labor cost will keep raising in future. How to reduce labor cost and keep competence? Human Resource must be re-transformation to meet the company's strategic development needs.

The HR Business Department of Kingdee introduced Kingdee eHR solutions, which including strategic HR management and services to create business value by efficient organization, professional services, dedicated staff and low cost. New methods are also mentioned, such as the innovative talent management, the staff management for new generation 80s and 90s, motivation of senior talent, HR Shared Services Centre, overseas talent management, talent assessment, e-learning, technology and other new recruiting methods. The advanced HR informationization technology can help organizations successful achieve HR management transformation to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

The Cloud Computing China Congress (CCCC 2011)

The Cloud Computing China Congress (CCCC 2011) held on March 25, 2010 in Beijing, is specially designed for senior IT and line of business executives evaluating and making purchasing decisions in the areas of on-demand infrastructure and software services. Topics like ‘Xaas’ [Anything-as-a-Service], Cloud Computing in China: Strategies and Trend, and so on are further discussed.

The 9th Transnational Corporations China Forum 2011

The 9th Transnational Corporations China Forum 2011 supported by International Trade and Economic Cooperation Research Institute of Ministry of Commerce, held On March 1, 2011 in Beijing. Trigger was invited to participate in the forum.
