CONFIGURE + DEPLOY

Once requirements and rollout priorities have been documented and confirmed, we help customers to select between two major rollout scenarios: FAST ROLLOUT, which utilizes NetSuite’s basic standard functions but can be deployed rapidly for a “quick win”, or an ADVANCED SOLUTION, which delivers more sophisticated, customized functionality to end users by the end of the first project phases. System deployment and configuration is followed by a comprehensive “User Acceptance Testing” program.

DEPLOYMENT SCENARIOS

Our services are tailored to two major ERP rollout scenarios: quick deployment or or advanced solution, depending on the complexity of your requirements, your budget and your rollout timeline. Read on to find out which type of deployment is right for you!

QUICK ROLLOUT

For companies that have not digitized their business processes before deploying NetSuite and are working mainly in excel and other disparate applications, even a system with basic functionality can provide a significant improvement over their current ways of doing business. This approach to implementation leverages NetSuite’s standard functionality and involves minimal customization; the goal is to Go Live as quickly as possible!

ADVANCED SOLUTIONS

For certain companies, especially businesses where digital technology is a vital competitive differentiator, it is often preferable to deploy a complex solution in the first phase. These implementations take longer to Go Live but provide more sophisticated capabilities for your business at the outset.

TESTING AND USER ACCEPTANCE

User Acceptance Testing (UAT) is the final step before the overall end-user training and solution roll- out to the entire end-user community. This testing is performed to obtain user sign-off. A select number of users are employed to help verify that all system components operate together to satisfy the requirements outlined in the Business Requirements Document. Testing is designed to simulate the users’ regular use of the system to validate that it fits into the real-world environment in which it will be used and that it is acceptable to those who will be using it to perform their jobs. During the UAT stage, we deliver: A systematic and documented process to test business processes and functions in a controlled manner An overview of the system and business processes by walking through representative business scenarios An opportunity for participants to have hands-on experience and exposure to the new system and business processes, allowing participants to establish confidence and identify potential issues
